Sean Sampson
Born and raised in Louisville, KY, and a proud graduate of DeSales High School, I was equally shaped by weekends spent in Charlestown, IN, where my family still has a home on the Ohio River. Growing up, I was outdoors more than in — camping, boating, swimming, and fishing. Those early experiences taught me the value of freedom, exploration, and hard work — values that guide me in business today.
My journey into real estate was both intentional and personal. My mom has been a loan officer for over 25 years, and I grew up surrounded by mortgage and real estate pros. I used to sit quietly, just listening to the way they talked shop — not knowing then how much of that knowledge would become second nature later in life.
Before real estate, I spent 10 years in leadership roles across several labor-driven industries — Ford Motor Company, Jim Beam, UPS, and others. I learned how to communicate clearly, lead under pressure, and earn trust in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. That background makes me calm in chaos, sharp in negotiations, and grounded when clients need guidance most. In 2024, I was honored to be named the Southern Indiana REALTORS® Association Team Rookie of the Year — a recognition that reflects my commitment to showing up for clients, putting in the work, and doing things the right way.
Today, I help buyers and sellers across Southern Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida to navigate the market with clarity and confidence. I don’t just show homes — I show up. Whether it’s prepping a listing, solving problems, or negotiating like it’s my own money on the line, I bring full energy to every client, every time. When I’m not working, I’m still chasing sunrises in the woods, taking the truck off-road, or traveling with my family — the same way we did when I was a kid in the back of a camper, exploring the country.
